Our mission as an organization starts by developing talent. Salon Dior was founded by Candice Ryan. After 16 years behind the chair and on the verge of losing her passion, she created a salon environment that empowered the stylist and offered a vehicle for endless growth. With our unique progressive growth system we don't hire employees we cultivate talented salon partners.

 

Salon Dior Revolves Around the Stylists

Our progressive growth system is a vehicle for professional achievement. This system is based on measurable performance in the salon. It is a level-based system where the stylists can progress from a New talent/Assistant to a level 4 or 5 stylists with their own assistant. Once Level 5 is achieved the stylist will have profit-sharing options or the ability to franchise a new salon of their own. There are no limits on your professional or financial growth and Salon Dior will invest and empower every step of the way.

 

What to Expect as New Talent

Everyone starts somewhere and all new stylists will go through an onboarding and training period being mentored by accomplished level 4 and 5 stylists.

 

The first 6 months are a probationary period where the new talent will assimilate to the Salon Dior culture and focus on; Product knowledge, client interaction, learning the color line, mannequin training, application/cutting techniques, and attending professional education/classes.

 

The performance will be tested and measured in the first 6 months before the New Talent graduates to a full-time chair assistant. The chair assistant will begin building clientele and performing services under the supervision of level 4 or 5 mentors.  

 

After 1 year and once the New Talent achieves and maintains level 1 goals for 3 months' time they will graduate to being a level 1 stylist and work independently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensed cosmetologist in the state of MA

  • High energy and professionally driven by the hair industry

  • Will embrace continuing education and relentlessly pursuit self-development

  • The confidence and ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships with people.

  • Disciplined and ready for a professional career

  • Working knowledge and passion for social media and self-promotion

  • Flexible working schedule and availability to work.
