Cancellation Policy

We understand that certain occurrences may effect your ability to keep your scheduled appointment. Our staff works on a commission basis and their scheduled appointments are their way of generating income. We hope you understand we need to ensure our staffs income by implementing and establishing the following cancellation / no show policy. To avoid being responsible for the cost of your session, please read the following carefully.

If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you notify us before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs to reschedule if necessary.

We will require a valid credit card on file to schedule all bookings. If failure to comply to our 24 hour cancellation policy, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file. On the 3rd offense, such clients will be restricted to day-of bookings only or walk-in services.

For booked appointments lasting longer than 2 hours, a 48 hour notice would be required.

If you are running late, please call to notify us that you still intend on attending your scheduled service. We will do our best to accommodate you, however If time does not permit or interferes with other guests, rescheduling may be necessary.

Guests Arriving later than 15 minutes after their appointment start time may be considered a no call no show and treated as such.
